Foxfire

A fox caught mid-leap, etched in silver and surrounded by tiny stars, glides across a piece of deep spectrolite. The stone holds moody flashes of blue, like light shifting beneath the surface of a midnight pond. No two pieces of spectrolite ever behave in quite the same way, which gives this pendant its own quiet temperament.

Foxes have long been guides in folklore, slipping between the familiar world and the wild one just out of sight. This pendant is a nod to that in-between place. A small spark for those who move by instinct, enjoy the mystery of the dusk hours, or simply love a creature who refuses to be anything but itself.

This piece comes with an 18” chain as standard but If you'd rather your pendant sat a little higher or lower, closer to the throat or the heart, I can swap the chain to suit - please make your selection via the options box.

Handmade from start to finish in my studio in South Shropshire, England - please allow up to 28 days for delivery, or you can collect from The Artists Gallery, Ludlow.
