A circle, a leaf, and a glint of gold.
Each disc is pressed with the memory of a real leaf, its veins and edges captured forever in silver. Once cast, I’ve brushed them with 24 carat gold leaf, letting the metal catch the light like sunlight through branches.
A dark patina settles into the lines, making the gold seem almost to lift from the surface. No two the same, each one shaped by the quirks of leaf and hand.
